★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience with Ashumi who handles the bookings. She runs a scam, she takes the booking amount and won't confirm the place, you will be left hanging at the end moment. If you are booking the place better keep a backup!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible society. Because of the common wall with BMC market there is unbearable fish and meat smell 24X7. There is a huge Nalla inside the compound which gets over flow in every monsoon. Most of the apartments are given on PG basis. All the apartments are having serious leakage issues. No OC above 12th floor. There are so many complaints on RERA. There is incomplete compound wall because of the ongoing legal case with the shop owner having shop on the main gate. Over an unpleasant place for the families to live

This company is making millionaire heritage not a good place to live. u can't sleep at night. building management will just say it is a different company we can't do anything. There is no rules for decibel limit even in this omicron time when all parties are banned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are planning to live in Pinaki comfort stay pg, don't. They won't return your deposit. It has been over 4 months, they haven't returned my deposit yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and foremost someone should teach a good lesson to all the pg operated by this scam pinaki company, They should be thrown out immediately. This is not the first time, their students are playing loud music at 1 in night in A Wing. Even after telling the security guard no action is been taken. They shout , play music at full volume. Not just Today but the problem is increasing day by day. Sometimes they even play at 6 in morning.
This building is just not safe for a family who want to live peacefully especially for elder parents who have heart problems and want to sleep.
It look like their pg students consume a lot of alcohol as you can see bottles around the stairs. Management must send an email to NCB so they can raid all the pinaki pg immediately , or if management dont listen every family can directly complain to NCB department it is in fort or just write an email. This is the only way action will be taken against this company. Management will just come up with one or other Way to let the matter go.
PINAKI COMPANY HAS MADE MILLIONAIRE HERITAGE A CLUB HERITAGE just like a chaawl. Chaawl has a decibel limit not this building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tenants are just mess in both the wings, they have absolutely no shame and no manners, playing loud music at anytime of the day and night, creating nuisance at night especially. I request owners to not lease it to bachelor's as they have made it the worst building to live in such a good locality.
The management is pathetic as they don't care about any issues even after complaining multiple times.
It feels more like a low grade , filthy , unpleasant, unhygienic place to live in.
