They even don't pay the slip of the doctor and excuse that the patient in the condition of bad health to be looked after.
I am not from Kolkata and they even don't guide you properly.
Very had tone they use to all the customers.
Don't bring your patient here .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you don't want to get robbed then please don't come here. They charge unnecessary amounts with poor service. Even the tests done are not trustable. People from Barasat should know beware of this fraud Diagnostic Centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uneducated uncultured illmannered staff who are very rude and behaved in aggressive manners always. Bunch of women doing time-pass and chitchat instead of attending to the patients and their management. I was someone with BP issues along with other problems went to see the doctor, their behaviour caused me health issues before even seeing the doctor. Not only this place is highly not recommended, they should be banned from anything to do with the medical practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bunch of Robbers here. Don't bring your patients here. Neither their behavior is good nor the doctors are good. Full of frauds here.They will swallow your money unnecessarily. The stuffs from USG sections are really rude and mean. Better go for other centers for test and diagnosis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are good.. But staff behavior is very very bad.... They misleading us for 5day and used slum language to us.. and threated me that they will not allow me to conduct doctor.. That's why i was afraid.so inspite of these I continuously request them to serve. At last I called doctor and he assure me for check up..

This diagnostic center is clean, reception, bathroom, and water dispensing area are neat.
Cons :
1. The appointment taking person told me to come physically at 7am in the morning for appointment, but when I called after fews day in the morning, they said we took appointment through call as well, but the time is over, they waisted my time by misleading the process.
2. I have to wait for a long period for my turn, they asked me to come at 4 pm as my name is in the first 2, but I have to wait for 1hours 30 mins for the Doctor, please consider patients as human, if your time is precious, our time is also important. At least you can give a correct estimation.
3. Doctors are not that friendly, dont want to describe much. they consider us as a illiterate patients who knows very high level that too in lay mans term. I really have lots of gaps in understanding what happened to me. Doctor just said you have some problem, due to that you are getting pain, really!! Is that what we expect while visiting a doctor, not acceptable.
