Millennium Park is a private park in Kolkata, situated along the Strand Road on eastern shore of Hooghly River for a stretch of 2.5 km near Fairlie Ghat and opposite to Railway Club. The park consists of landscaped gardens and children's amusement rides. It was opened along the riverside to provide a green area for Kolkata's polluted waterway. If you are planning to spend a quiet and relaxed evening in Kolkata, then Millennium Park is the best place to be.It is also dotted with a few sculptures that add to the beauty of the area. Children’s amusement rides are another attraction of this park. Located at Strand Road, the Millennium Park can be reached easily from the Howrah Bridge and also from BBD Bagh bus stop. The entry fees of this park is 5 rupee. And the opening time is 10am to 8pm.

Wow, it's a jogger's Paradise. You have a park which is well maintained, full of greenery, facing river on one side, one can have a full view of Howrah bridge, Howrah station, Vidyasagar setu, etc. The park opens at 5 am and closes at 7.45 pm. Biggest of all, it is free, free and free. From one side one can enter through Armenian Ghat and from other side it's BBD Bag lunch Ghat. Come and enjoy the beauty of nature.

Calming place. Nice wind in the evening and night. Great lighting. Elegant views. I would recommend to visit this place in the evenings probably after 4pm as the river Ganges lookes really beautiful in the dusk setting. Breath taking views of both Vidyasagar Setu and Howrah Bridge at the the same. A great picnic spot and to spend quality time with a loved one

Lovely place... There are 3 parts. 1&2 is couple friendly but you gotta have tickets. *10 per person (2019 ticket price)* And 3rd one is the most beautiful and green. It's a family park. And the most interesting thing is it's free to visit. A great place for photo shooting. Awesome view of both the bridges. Lovely sunset you can observe. !!! Don't visit when it's harsh and sunny outside.

It is a part of Millenium Park, but quite unique in nature. There is no entry fee and the timings are different. It is open for a longer time period. You can say is better maintained than the other two parts of the parks, but really not that distinguishable. It is beautiful and good for photography. It is a great place to hangout and enjoy the view of the ganges, especially during the evening. But it would be difficult to find empty seats though.
