I personally was not only able gauge my relationships better but concomitantly learned how to recoup from varied abuses and the trauma effectuated. This workshop has motivated me to talk about my misfortunes and be ebullient in seeking the professional help that I now know I require and deserve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I interned at Mindtribe for almost 3 months and had a lovely experience here. The team of counselors is skilled and constantly evolves itself to better meet client needs. Though my primary area of work was research-based, I learnt something from the counselors every single day and was grateful to get to work with them. Moreover, I was encouraged to extend my scope of work. I believe technical skills we learn at work are of course cardinal. However, a workspace makes itself memorable through its values. Two simple yet impactful values I've carried from Mindtribe are:-
• "Never leave someone on a sad note."
• If you don't know about something, that's okay. Nothing is out of your league. Go, learn about it, and return prepared. ?

After every session and workshop attended I just feel like I doing something for my well being . I m growing . Just don't avoid what you are feeling acknowledge and accept. Mental peace is a necessity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a part of the MindTribe community since months now. It has been really, really helpful. Everyone gets one free session at first. And then there is a choice for further sessions. The psychologists here are very understanding, and not at all judgmental.
I have joined groups about my mental issues, which have proven to be very wholesome. We meet people like us, and the free workshops are very helpful.

They've been kind and helpful after as well. The kind of exposure and knowledge I attained here was exactly what I needed! Not only that, but my tasks as part of the internship was very related to my field of interest and made me learn more about teamwork, the subject itself and its real-life applications. I am very glad to have been a part of this team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took two counseling sessions from Chumki. No doubt she is knowledgeable and observant. Some of the things she said were right. But didn't get a very good feeling after meeting her the second time as she sounded judgemental and sarcastic during our session. There was less of empathy and more of sarcasm in her talks. This turned out to be insensitive.
