★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The product seems ok.. nothing great.. But their Service is HORRIBLE. the product conked off and its been more than 2 months, we haven't got the product back from repairs. All they have to give us is excuses. we have to follow up a millions times with them and the only response we get is it will be sent tomorrow and Mind On automation's tomorrow NEVER comes. Please make sure to have a manual bell in case you opt for these guys. because something always goes wrong with their product and the servicing/repairs takes ages. and there is this lady Sneha here at the Pune service centre and I think she is hired only to give excuses to the customers and if you have her as your Customer relation representative, then god bless you. if you don't want to keep your guests waiting outside the door, please look for better alternatives than this one.
