★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can not recommend this place enough. I visited Dr. Upasana Chaddha seeking answers to questions that had been bothering me for years. I chose to go to her after reading the reviews and comments about her clinic on the internet and I must say I am very happy with my decision.
I went in with a cluttered and foggy mind filled with family, personal and professional issues. During the counselling I felt heard and understood. I never had the feeling of being judged which helped me open up and share things that I wouldn't normally share with anyone.
I am very thankful to Dr. Upasana for walking me through all the issues I was having and directing me towards accepting my problems and finding solutions by myself. I went into counselling seeking motivation and answers to a lot of family problems and came out with a lot more. I learnt to see problems with a lot more practicality and objectivity which has helped me feel happier and calmer.

Coming from a non psychology background, it was really hard for me to understand the basics of psychology, but Dr. Upasana and Dr Tanushree made sure that I understand each and every concept taught by them. They arranged field visits,role plays and several other activities for us so that we get a practical experience. Also, learned to develop professional skills required as a psychologist.

She challenges your conventional thinking and makes you see life and problems from a completely different perspective. My experience with her was very enlightening. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had done internship at mindscape centre for counseling and psychological well being for a month. It had been a nice experience. Under the expert guidance of Dr. Upasana Chadha and Ms. Tanushree Deka, I acquired a lot of knowledge. The concepts were taught well and the field visits were also good. Dr. Upasana Chadha was co-operative and so was Ms. Tanushree Deka. One of the best concept that is actually going to stay in my mind forever is the Role playing sessions we had. It was amazing and we enjoyed role plays and along with it Ms. Tanushree Deka gave us some gentle and very valuable suggestions which could provide a base for improvement. The handouts were useful too.
I believe mindscape is making progress at a fast rate and I am sure that if someone would do their internship here, it would be a worth. Mindscape helped me to get a lot of knowledge and i wish more and more interns come here. Its worthy to acquire knowledge and mindscape puts a silver lining upon it!
