You find a variety of goodies here, cosmetics, cute bags,wallets, stationery,footwear,home essentials,perfumes, electronics,etc
It's extremely pocket friendly. The perfumes here are really good and definitely worth the money spent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 16th December 2020 visited Miniso and while paying I forgot my PIN of my Card and because of typing wrong pin thrice it got declined and the female billing women started laughing on my face. They have no GPAY or Paytm. The female billing person started pressuring me saying it's already billed so don't go and I kept asking is there any way I can pay through online and she kept saying no finally another male staff came and told me I could GPay to his account and I did.
It was very unprofessional of that female staff. I don't know what was funny that she laughed at me, I mean it's my own card not some man's lol
I mean I'm a traveller and I'm aware Miniso is a copy of Daiso..!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever Customer service, please do not buy any gadgets from this shop, especially Digital clocks , earphone etc. I just bought a digital clock from Jayanagar branch, and went to my nearby shop at Orion mall. The Associate's don't even no how to setup there own item or: the digital clock and instead told me to visit the store where I purchased from , which is 23kms from the place I stay. Plus the person argued and was so confident in telling we don't perform these things here. Horrible service I was happy with the items which I used to buy previously, but now it's become worst. Yu need to have good and encouraging agents/associate in order to get yu high in the market .
