Great experience in managing documents.
The Business Requirement are met easily.
The Interface is very user-friendly & the options are easy to understand.
Being a complete automation solution, the flow of documents are easily managed with on the go workflows.
Cons:
The UX should be more enhanced with multiple theme options.

Ricoh one of the poorest service provider in india they do not have backup if their one links or operator goes down they do not have system to switch the operator. we are facing huge issue since last 1 week and no body is bother. When we call to Ricoh Support Center at kolkata they simply says we are trying to fix but its fake.
