★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service...inexperienced staff. I went just for an eyebrow and their beautician spoiled it. She made it so thin even after telling her multiple times to keep it broad and remove only extras. I left the place with unidentucal eyebrows. And instead of being sorry she was claiming to be perfect and mentioning that I make daily so many eyebrows, so then make them similar at least. Really pathetic, so high pricing and even ACs are not switched on just because it's not summers. They did not even provided a bill even when I asked for. Not at all recommended. Un0rofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional staff. They will sit idle but not take a walk in client and pretend to be waiting for other client who have taken appointment. Best part is that during that duration no one else turns up.
Unfortunately the staff behaves properly when owner is present but she doesn’t sit at this outlet most of the time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 stars because I had no option of giving negative rating, I did my upper lip and they peeled of my skin applying hot wax.
I did give them a change to rectify their mistake, but the owner behaved as if it wasn’t their mistake and she quotes this “ this is the 1st time, we will be careful next time” I mean what the hell do they think of themselves, if they can’t give justices to what they do, why do they even do it at the 1st place.
I did a mistake going there, so please never visit this place. The worst parlour I have ever been to

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience on 2 consecutive days . First when I went to get a hair cut done and I was also enquiring for my wife , the owner was not very responsive. I felt as if I was asking her some favour or some loan .
On the second day , I went at 4 pm to get a hair cut done for my 2 1/2 year old son, .assuming it would be empty at that time. It was empty and one of the guys was even sleeping . My son started crying since he did not want to get a hair cut done. On seeing that , we were asked to come back later as there was another customer getting a facial done and he/she would get disturbed with his crying .
I have never experienced this before ever and I was really upset and disappointed at being turned away for such a reason .
I feel ...what ever the business , a basic courtesy is hygiene .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prefer going to this salon (now to their new branch that is closer to Nahar) even though quality of haircut and service is variable due to frequent changes in staff. Reasons are good, comfortable interior, nice music and staff is always courteous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I firstly enquired about the hair styling.. And their charges, which was higher,but had no option, so choose to take it. The day of the service my styling took lot of time I wanted to attend wedding..again the correction was made.. They did not use any of their accessories.. Except the spray and pins... Very disappointed. Waste of money..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional salon.Got Itching and boils on scalp after hair color maybe combs or appliers are not cleaned thoroughly.Hygiene issues as got pimples after face spa.Rates are also high.Staff persuades to take higher value packs which are totally useless.Kindly avoid.
