Dive bar? Neighborhood restaurant? Family friendly? Great food and cocktails? Value priced booze? Cuisine from all over? Nice open air setting to enjoy the weather?
Mishmash checks all of these boxes, making it a great local hangout joint for those in the vicinity.
I loved the raw mango and papaya salad, full of crispy mango and papaya slivers, tossed with a sweet Chilly sauce, and topped with crushed peanuts. The salad went very well with the spicy Thai pumpkin chicken ramen soup. That's some mishmash right there!
The bar menu had a lot of spirits, cocktails, beers and offers going, and I tried the gin basil smash and the turmeric old fashioned. Both were well made and perfect company with the food to follow.
The prawn dimsum and the harissa grilled lamb were my picks from the starters. The classics like the jalapeño cheese poppers and the mushroom kurkure made perfect bar snacks.
On to the main course, the Nizami subzi handi was rich and full of flavors, perfect for the vegetarians. My favorite though was the Jack Daniel's chicken, tender chicken breast basted with Jack Daniel's sauce and served with garlic potato mash.
By this time I was stuffed, but went overboard with the dessert. This was an innovation that just clicked. The Sheer khurma bullets is a rich dessert made with roasted vermicelli milk (sheer khurma) & a tinge of rose syrup. This is stuffed in dough pockets (bullets) and fried until crisp. It's served on a creamy layer of rabri ?. The combination of the crisp outer shell, the classic sheer khurma with a tinge of rose and served with a condensed milk rabri, divine. I'd go back in a jiffy just for that dessert alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As the word MishMash goes - a little bit of this and a little bit of that. And we've definitely tried the variety and have been happy. There is a limited choice of beer and the food is delicious - burgers/biryani/pastas/fries. The service is good and the ambience is relaxing. The food portions could be a little better though considering the prices on the menu card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mishmash is an okayish place to hangout. It was not crowded as we went over a weekday, so service was fast and food was good. Only thing that I would like to highlight is the food is expensive, and they can use some mosquito repellent as well as it was little troubling. Other than that, it was okay. The staff is polite and the management is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in the heart of HSR layout, Mishmash gave us quite a pleasant dining experience.
We ordered a tandoori chicken and chicken steak. Both the dishes were absolutely amazing and out of the world. Tasted amazing.
The chicken steak has the perfect creamy taste to it and is served along with mashed potatoes and veggies. We were also served with baby naan as a complimentary dish from the restaurant and even that tasted amazing. Food of this place was absolutely fantastic.
Even the ambience and service were fine and upto the mark. It was an extremely pleasant and fulfilling experience
