Went there for a haircut, and they gave a haircut without a hair wash. It really was a pathetic haircut and my hair is also not growing due to it, the staff is also unqualified. I recommend people to NOT GO THERE AT ALL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even I have a very bad experience and I have done smoothning in many salon before but after doing from this salon within one week my hair got wavy and curly and after informing them they did not even care to listen and they are saying that after u leave this salon we are not responsible for any thing. This is their service. They are only good for talking and making faces. In from of the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff misbehaved with me and she had temper issues. I did not report directly to the owner as the staff may lose her job; however, I will forever boycott the parlour and share the same with my friends and family.
To share the details, I visited the Parlour today morning to get a haircut. During the haircut, I requested the hairdresser to put on her mask, she got irritated, and said she didn't have to wear the mask as I was already wearing one. The hair cut was very average but her hair handling was very bad, she continuously pulled my hair out of irritation and made faces. She literally treated my hair like an object, which caused a lot of pain. When I asked her to be gentle, she said my hair was extremely dry and frizzy. At last when I gave her a feedback that no other hairdresser struggled as much with my hair as her, she didn't take it positively. She got angry and said what could I have done, your hair is so bad and dry, I can't help it. I told her that as a hairdresser, she will have to handle all various hair types, not only smooth and silky. I requested her to comb my hair at the end and she bluntly refused as my hair had been styled. If she had so much problem with my hair, she could have refused at the start before taking up my haircut or she could have suggested a hair conditioning treatment before the haircut. I have made a full payment to avoid fuss but it wasn't worth the nightmare experience I had. I hope the owner does something about the staff to prevent losing out on customers. The parlour is considered a good one, but if nothing is done about the staff, the market name will dip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice salon in SGC mall that is in the basement (easy access to the station) making it well connected. Place is clean and calm, with attentive staff and good management. You can rely on good service. I’ve visited for threading services several times.
