★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality drop is now very significant - especially Bengali mithai - found the mango sandwich hard and a bit smelly - felt like it was a few days old . This is consistent with my earlier experiences - guess when u deal in so many items , some sections suffer .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop has lost it's hygiene, quality and reliability. I had tasted the sweets here around a year ago and now when I visited it recently, the taste of mango malai and balushahi had changed quite prominently. There was a mistake in the bill of sweets packed on Raksha Bandhan too. And this not being the worst.....I found a strand of hair in the balushahi box which I bought just yesterday.
The staff doesn't wear gloves and packs the sweets with bare hands. During these covid times the shop needs to take more care towards the hygiene with frequent checks from the owner. Only placing a sanitizer at the door won't help!
With competition like Kaka Halwai, Chitale and Dadu's being at a stone's throw they need to raise their standards. Quite dissatisfied with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sweets from this store tastes delicious & satisfies your craving, as they have huge varieties. We have become fan of Mithas sweets. However, would like to highlight the behaviour of a sales person which has disappointed us. I guess they might need to train on how to interact with the customers. This is just an honest feedback from us. I hope this will not be the case with rest of the outlets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These Badam Sticks are too good to be true. Extremely buttery, perfectly sweet with small crunchy roasted Badam chunks in each bite! I bet, no one can eat just one ?

Excellent sweets, farsan, chocolates, paan, snacks, biscuits, paneer, curd, etc.
Recommend the Kachori, Paneer Jalebi and Bengali Sweets.
Good COVID-19 precautions.
Helpful staff and good ambience.
