These people are the worst place to get your pet treatment from. They have no professional education about how to treat animals. I was asked to get my kitten before 12. I reached at 11:30. Got to know the doctor isn't even there in the clinic. Made me wait for an hour. My kitten was very sick. I would have never got him here if i knew they are so irresponsible. My kitten died right in the clinic. They went on trying to give him saline. But they couldn't even find a vein. They were that unprofessional. They missed pierced the needle 4 to 5 times. All in the wrong place. Eventually my kitten died in the process. Made her bleed. They didn't even wear gloves or clean their hands before doing so. The guy's nails were very dirty and he was trying to put the needle. Very unprofessional place. This place should shut down...
Very bad experience. Would suggest to visit some other clinic..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever, staff from the store came to my place for my dog s grooming did ear cleaning and it caused severe infection, and they were not aware of the medicine as well, couldn't even know how to open it, and when I called to inform the situation , she(sima) was very rude, I am NOT RECOMMENDING THIS SHOP FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE FOR ANY DOG, if you love your baby you should not take service from her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reliable and caring!I always buy cat food from this pet shop.They also help me to provide medicines for cats....they sincerely bring food and medicines to home...Home delivery system is available....in emergency this shop really did amazing work....??❤

I WILL NOT SUGGEST ANY OF DOG OR CAT OWNERS TO GO THIS PLACE AND TAKE ANY SERVICE. My baby got ear infection after taking their grooming service, they were very unprofessional and were cleaning the ear with scissors and cotton, i was fool to trust them, and now my bacha is suffering. IF YOU LOVE YOUR PER DO NOT GO THERE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would really like to appreciate all the members of the MKS family for making this place a one stop shop for the pets.
They are well equipped with all the things required to take care of a pet.
My cat was not vaccinated and was suffering from PARVOVIRUS. Thanks to MKS, she was put under medication and saline day and night. Dr.Satyabrata is an efficient doctor.He and the members of MKS made my cat survive.
Also would like to mention, MKS do have a variety to foods for cats and dogs which may not be available else where.
The place is clean and the environment is very sooting for the pet.
