★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad coordination. They take full payment at their showroom and then give address of a warehouse to collect the goods. Warehouse people have no clue about the invoice and refuse to give delivery. Wasted a lot of time buying a simple Jaquar spout. Please avoid.

Only 20% of the order was delivered on day 3rd and until today 80% of the order is pending. No customer centricity, have been calling Pankaj Kaushik daily and every time i hear a new excuse/lie from him. The entire money was paid in advance and still no update and only lies. DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE!

I went regularly to MLS and got tiles for my master bathroom from here.
Its slightly costly, but the service is good

The highlight is...you are under no pressure to buy, after having spent 1 hour enquiring about various products.
It's a place, where the entire range is just for display and not for selling purpose.
The manager is really sweet and gives you personal attention in advising you the right product after having understood your expectations. Very good showroom before buying sanitary product you should visit
