Approaching roads to & outside
needs to be done properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to live ... Damaged roads , tanker supply water... No security... No shops near by... All Open from the back side , no security... Not at all safe for nuclear family... Lots of streets dogs n thy are really wild... If you like live in jungle ...plz go ahead...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is gated community apartments in the outskirts of the Kengeri satellite town. This is an ideal place for the middle and upper middle class people looking for an accommodation at a reasonable price either on tenancy or ownership basis.
There are villas or individual bungalows within along with the residential apartments.
The society provides 24x7 security services and house keeping services.
You can enjoy a small garden area and a play area for the kids.
You can enjoy walking within the internal roads of the society.
The apartments have been provided with an elevator facility.
The pain point is the location.....a little off-the road from the main road. You need to have your own vehicle for commuting. Otherwise, be prepared to walk down from the bus stop. The approach road to the apartments is patchy for about 500 mts which a potholes and the bumpy road. During the monsoon your will experience difficulty in manvouring the vehicle.
