★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Hospital has very bad management, i have been there many times, they do not have proper system to check the patients. Doctors sometimes do not come in time leading to large queue of patience in some department like general physicians and etc.
You would find few Comment's mentioned that doctor prescribed medicine from out side medical store to earn commission,that totally true. I have seen this Hospital improved in structural ways,but the service and behavior remains the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service and performance is average, though the doctors working there working hard and doing very respectable job. Its really very appreciable that how they communicate with majority of patients coming from marginalized background. Though there scope of improvements in the operational processes, to make it more and more convenient for every patient. Like providing a medical assistant to senior citizens to reduce the time of delivery of service, the quality is really appreciable though. The assistance system which make distinction between genral and specific patients, then by their age group. Things to be done to uplift the doctors wellbeing, ease in their operations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, I get tested myself for covid , they told me, report will be generated within 48 hours, but it's been 3days but report is still not generated online, than when I had to visit hospital, I got to know my number was incorrectly mentioned in their record by the respective staff, this is why it took this much time and I had to suffer.
I m not gonna recommend this hospital to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received Covaxin shot at the Center. Reached 8:30am for 9-11am slot. Register is kept and anyone can write their names. People come and write their names from 6am. Couple of hundred people had already written their names by 8:30am. People coming from far away cannot come early morning to write their names. I had to wait for five and half hours for my vaccine. No seating arrangements and no social distancing. Arrangement could and should have been better. Vaccination for under 45 and 45+ in the same room when other rooms are locked. System for 18-45 was down for a couple of hours. Some people from previous day and over 45+ walking were accommodated. I will not go there for my second shot. Avoid if possible. Even Zee Tv reporter showed up. People were frustrated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like all government offices of India. How can we expect honesty from the health department. This hospital is very cheap. The doctor unnecessary write extra medicine to get commission from the medical store outside the building. The staff here comes only to Complete duty hours. They only focus on their monthly salary instead on patients. The government gives facilities to the people but they never take proper maintenance.
