β β β β β Most third class shop for furniture- products they sold has no guarantee or warranty -- Not only that no customer support- once they get complain - they will not pick up phone of that customer. Be careful....I purchased this product just 14 months back.

β β β β β I bought a office chair from Sodepur,Kolkata branch cost around 8K but it does not worth.. within 3 months I observed a deep impression on seat cover ( I weight around 65-68 kgs ) , I called them shared the picture and they replaced my seat cover within 1 month of time ( please note )..then again the same issue ...Now I am following up with them but not sure when I will get a reply from them.. I would have bought it from somewhere else. ..sometimes its not possible to call again and again and follow up .. this is disgusting ... will never buy anything from them and also not recommend you to buy anything ...
