★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the Godrej Interio, Sodepur in the month of March 2021 and I was warmly greeted by the executive, SD Sudipta. But due to COVID pandemic, I kept my purchase in abeyance. Again I visited the store in the month of July 2021. Shri Sudipta greeted me and helped me with the total planning of purchasing. The delivery of the products were very smooth and on time and fitting of the products were also very smooth. I am very thankful to the staffs of the Godrej Interio, Sodepur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was visited that store with my family, purchased a le queen bed and two recline sofa, after few days bed was installed and on 7th April 21 two no sofa was delivered and by request on next day sofa was installed. But after installation we found one sofa was installed in good condition, another one found damaged in front of Godrej technician. They raised a replacement for it, after 7 days I had written a complaint to Godrej Interior in details. Now Godrej kolkata office taking 40-45 days for replacement. I was invested Rs. 52500 for one sofa, and now that has kept in my floor like a dead body. It is service from Godrej Interior and it's dealer Natwood Furniture Sodpur. Trying to contact store manager and found he was in meeting, he was in leave etc. Further I was paid total amount Rs 138000 at a time but yet not get final invoice copy from concern store. Very bad experience with Godrej Interior and it's dealer Sodpur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After taking full payment, didn't deliver furniture within timeline and giving all sorts of excuses on asking about status of order. Poor service. Totally dissatisfied. Will never recommend this store to anyone.
Want refund if you are not able to deliver my order.
After multiple phone calls and emails, finally they delivered after 7days past the timeline.
The only thing you can do is , you can check the quality of the furniture from the showroom and then order online from godrej interio website. At least you will get a tracking Id and can sit back and relax.
The furniture delivered had some minor damage as well. Again we had to chase the shopkeeper to get it repaired. Horrible experience. Will never recommend this store to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to shop for all your furniture needs. A vast showroom offers plenty of furniture on display. Other then that, they have catalogue for the varieties which are not on display. The furniture typically carry the goodwill of Godrej , which needs no introduction. Rates are good and home delivery of all goods are done from here. So, if you need any kind of furniture, just walk in and take your pick!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service, they are only there to sell and forget. Now help for delivery of furniture or after sale service. I am chasing of service since july but till now no one there to come for service. The sales boy named Shankar Dey is one of the worst salesboy ever, doesn't know how to talk with the customer, and proudly says pls write my name and complain where ever you can. Pls don't purchase any furniture from here if you have take my suggestion.
