★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i gave my micromax canvas 2.2 to phone care they said it will be fixed with in a day the next day i got a call from a lady who said it will take 2 more days to fix as the parts are not available.Finally after 5 days they deliver the phone back unrepaired and even charged me rs1600 . when i called the customer care the lady was rude and said they had repaired it which was not true at all coz the phone won't start at all. they took the phone back to repair shop it has been 10 days now and they don't even answer my calls their customer services is pathetic and i guess the people who repair the phones are a bunch of idiots coz they keep on saying they need more time to update the software which hardly takes half hour.IF YOU WISH TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY PLEASE GO AHEAD AND CONTACT PHONE CARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are experts not in repairing phones but to give all the silly excuses in the world so as to why your phone is not repaired yet.
