They don't have even a minimum guarantee period for the price they charge, besides, if your shoes are out for repair, they'll take more than a month to return your item!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad experience at Mochi Mahagun Mall. We went there on 29th April to buy shoes for kids and no staff attended. We waited for 10 min and asked multiple times but staff was not interested in selling. Very weird experience. Even manager at counter was not concerned.
Also you can see from clip, there is no rush and staff is sitting idle and chatting
