★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder Flats by Aashi Constructions Pvt. Ltd. With Kritak Infra as their sales partner, they'll make new customer feel very important like you made best decision for home purchase however, after you've made booking your just regular and once you've paid in full they might stop entertaining you (I'm here along with some other residents).
Location of flats is the USP however, apart from this everything else is what you'd want to forget.
From sub-par construction to low quality material and worse finishing in the flats. If you buy flat via Kritak Infra, you're in a hell ride like us. Any snag in the flat and Kritak team has no say in builders work however they'll do fake promises. Among ourselves we say if you've a missing hinge in the door and you manage to get it fixed within 6months consider yourself lucky.
Such is the progress of the building that 9 months passed and we're still struggling for basic amenities like Lift (started functioning a week ago and stops whenever caretaker wants); like roof-top pool and garden is a miss and seem like they'll not be finished by end of this year as well.
Tower-1 had lift installed in October 2020 and I was promised that same will start functioning in a week's time (timeline kept changing) however, Tower-2 lift work hasn't started either god knows what Sales team is telling customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aashi Construction is worsts contraction style. If you buy home then Flat will be faulty and report then say i can not do any thing you can do any thing.. Just like Gunda.. Kirti Apartment is also Seller of Modern Apartment so be careful...
