★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much power cut . There is no timing of electricity. Power cut in mid night , 5 am in the morning , 8 pm in the evening in the peak hours . Maintenance charge is also high..

Proximity to Metro station.
Few good neighbors.
Cons:
Maintenance is not good.
No open space for jogging or a park.
Few Flats on 1 st floor are having a lot of mosquito problem throughout the day making them inhabitable.
Two wheeler parking is very bad. You won't get space to park your two wheeler and quite often people put dent in your vehicle or can damage it.
Maintenance is quite high .Although they only collect garbage.
