Will never ever shop again with this vendor or with Havells ( Lloyd ).
They do not value "YOU" as a customer and do not account for or take responsibility of even the alphabet C for the word Customer. Not worth even for the single star rating, have to rate the single star, so that I am then allowed to write a review here.
It's my request to "You", who is reading this review, please do not ever shop with Modern Electronics, Vishrantwadi or with Havells as a brand. Brand is "Make in India" but service levels are extremely poor.
Extremely Dissatisfied client.

Staff is very dedicated and provide every possible information regarding products and offers deals that are most reasonable compare to many other major outlets. I would specifically like to mention Guru who listened carefully about our requirements and suggested products that are most appropriate in our budget and also the owner who was very cooperative to us. In case you have particular product in your mind which is not available at there store they can also arrange it. Deliveries are smooth and after sale services are very impressive. Overall great experience and highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased this Lloyds (sold as new) AC from Modern Electronics on Thursday 29-April-2022. Al the time of purchase all commitments were provided. AC delivered the next day on 30-April. It has been a show piece since the so called installation. Not functioning. Everytime a new excuse is given. All commitments at the time of purchase were false. Hopeless customer service even by Llyod. No one knows what is exactly wrong as no one cares. Regret purchasing firstly Lloyd AC and secondly from Modern Electronics. Highly disappointed ?

Very poor quality and service.
Bought cooler stand for 700 rs. (Which is way too expensive). Tht broke within 2 hours.
Took back to the guy, and he said no return.
Never trust them for long term good quality product and services.
Cooler Stand is already given at shop. Owner refused to give any money back.
