★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, I asked the invoice on mail but they didn't share it. Lg still believes in old school billing and paper work. Their customer care does not have any information and they ask the paper invoice at the time of service. Not recommended, I wish I would have bought it from Amazon.

We purchased the product but when asked for same day delivery or early delivery the next day of fresh unit, they were unable, which was conveyed to us in best arrogant way possible. They will not bend there rules for customers, customers have to bend if they want the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store Manager Riaz Mulla helped me selecting the right LG product over the phone very efficiently and his conduct and product knowledge was excellent.
Their delivery person , Sikandar and Zuber were also very amicable and delivered the product from Pune to Lavasa without a scratch.
Really greateful for the support of Ms Rasika as well.
I could manage my purchase without visiting their showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought fridge and washing machine from here. Got good deal at the time of diwali. Received free lg tone free fn5u earbud as well. Good service and good support staff. The only issue i have faced is related to delivery. Product is not delivered on the day which we have fixed but next day they have delivered product on time. These might be because of festive season. Apart from this related to product and service you can go for this lg showroom.
