Very bad experience with modi Hyundai wokshop. 2 times I given my car for repair but not happy with his work. Quality of work is very low. Also Mr. Sarat is behaviour is like local garage worker. No updates given, No delivery on time. First time he is taken 8 days for minor repairs work and 2nd time he is taken 14 daysdays. Three times he fail to deliver my car on time. After I given call so many times. Very bad behavior of Mr Sarat BaghBagh. Every time he deliver my car with new damage. And also charged money 1800 and 1000 additionally Even my policy is unlimited claims. I never recommended this workshop for work.

Pathetic service from service centre Hyundai Vasai. Scope of work for servicing: 1. Ac not working 2. Humming noise Revert from Hyundai with a bill of 49,500/- I was shocked to see so discussed with service advisor and he convinced me for lot of work and we agreed upon to spend 32,500/- mainly the cost was for new compressor (16k) rest all expenses were between 1-2k but multiple things. After 3 days of servicing AC again stopped working also now some vibrations are there from engine and from left door is not opening properly. I called them today to recheck no one has come to check and at eod they are saying cz of rains our staff left early. These guys even charge you for the paper they put on floor after servicing. I have not asked to put any paper, I was under impression they put this as branding and it should be complimentary. This is WARNING to all Hyundai users and buyers to recheck your bill 10 times and get it rechecked with other technicians who has knowledge. Because these people use technical terms and show us it is almost important otherwise directly your car will be breakdown. and in that scenario you are forced to do all work. My job is field work and without my car I am handicapped in this covid scenario, these guys don't have parts and en number of reasons and got back after 1 week, who is going to bear my loss or whatever I have spent extra on my travelling?

Please be more specific about your 2400 service. Also mention while calling which oil you are going to use and also tell you will not touch break pads for cleaning under 2400 . Be honest with customers

I have never faced so many issues in any workshop before This is the worst Hyundai workshop in Mumbai Do not visit here.

Pathetic service from service center Hyundai Vasai. last from July - 2020 i am using this service center, every time my work is not completed and taking too much time, which they are not having any responsibilities about the time, and only patch work they do and give your car, one time they charge me extra amount which is not for my car, when i crossed check they said it was by mistake and return my amount, if i didnt check i may loss that amount too, sharing the pic what i am getting the good services.

Very rediculous service observed @ this service station. It was the first service of new I20 car which include only inspection & washing. We handover the car @1045am. Service advisor told the car will be ready in 2-3 hrs. Also the message they send, the estimated time was 1212pm. Why it took 5 hrs? The car was given back @ 0345pm. Initially two issues of the car were explained to the service advisor which I guess his name was Bhushan who found mannerless. But when the car was ready after washing, the issues were not solved. Then what did they do for 5 hrs? Only one issue was being solved against two. Also when asked the service manager Prashant, why it took huge time for only inspection, his answer was not satisfied. Hence poor knowledge & no manners of the front staff resulting in customer unsatisfaction.

I always visited virar workshop but this is first time i visited vasai workshop which is much much bigger and better than virar workshop but then comes the service provided was literally stress.... Only Mr.Mirza and Shubhangi were exceptionally good they were amazing but repair guy was literally careless..... Not looking for your automated response to provide contact number as you guys already have and also i gave feedback on call .... All my previous ratings were 10 out of 10 but this time disaster.... It started from battery to wiper pipe to painting work can't write everything as its big story but just attaching few images the way i recieved car after repair work there was still white paint spray left on roof and all over car left which i reported but then they tried to remove and this is what i got at end . I don't think it was even washed car....roof image is after they tried to remove color spray which is still visible in sun.
