I had a major concern with my car which has been cleared and after that incident whenever I needed help Kaustav was always there to do so. I really respect them for treating us so well and being so courteous. Tanuja from customer service was super helpful and kept in touch throughout our issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked Tata punch on 3 Dec and on February got confirmation of availability of punch pure but they said 7 lakh (ex showroom price is 5.9 lakhs) for the base model and not even a penny will be negotiated everything is mandatory hence cancelled the booking now even after 12 days of cancellation have not recieved payment now they are telling me your cheque is not ready.... Worst service plz don't buy fom them...
CHEATERS... FOR BOOKING THEY VISITED MY SHOP AND CALLED MANY TIMES AND NOW I'M JUST WASTING TIME VISITING THER SHOWROOM
DON'T MAKE ANY PURCHASE...I THINK THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS.... BCOZ OF PEOPLE LIKE THIS TATA NAME IS BAD AMONG PEOPLE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I m the nexon ev owner..got issue with my new car within first week of delivery..minor losse wiring and all.. given to service center , vasai.. unfortunately no ev service personal was available in service center for electric vehicle.. so issue remained same....I lost hope as I heard about infamous Tata service after vehicle is sold.. but my surprise.. Tata motors service center guys (mr Bhavesh, shreeja madam) they took extra effort to rectify my issue and took my vehicle to another service center and finally after a month ( 10 days in service center ) and two three visits to service center... Car is back as new .. all issues sorted out ..
Thank you mr Bhavesh from suryoday service center and shreeja madam from Tata motors showroom for ur efforts and cooperation..
