★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife recently having the ultrasound test from Opolis diagnostic centre phase 6 Mohali branch however the test performed by doctor Surbhi Malhotra is not satisfactory which our doctor also agreed the same after seeing the report and recommend us to change the diagnostic lab to another one. Hence I advise you all never visited this diagnostic centre its totally waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever just because of Dr Avkirat Kaur. Gone through 2 hours of harrasment just because i had polite suggestion for Dr's Neglegence and bieng a Neophyte. She do not care if the patient was empty stomach from last evening and came from a far place.Got the ECG done and paid already. This all happend due to her neglegence because of which my wife suffered from pain. She threatened that she will not provide the report and started talking loud with us. Just becuase i asked her to talk politely. The staff was cooperative specially MR Prem. But that of no use if the Dr is self obsessed and stubborn.
My wife gave birth to my baby and the delivey was through operation. She was having pain and Dr Kamna Nagpal reffered us here at Opolis to get the ECG done as their could be internal bleeding.
I already informed the front desk that the delivery was through operaton. But they neglected and did not inform the Dr who was doing the ECG. She did the ECG and press the machine forcefully and then she realised the same when my wife was suffering due to pain. At the end i just politely told the front desk as a suggestion to take care of this for patients coming in future. The front desk lady informed to the same to the doctor. Thats when the Dr took it to the her heart and start explaining loudly that ECG is done like this only . I asked her to talk politely and told her its not the first ECG experience. She did not provide the report and said APKO JO KARNA HAI KARLO MAN NAHI DUNGI REPORT AB .
