All the staff members are very friendly and professional .
I very much enjoyed working with all the staff members . They are very much knowledgeable .
All of these made me feel like their patients are their first priority and also made me feel like i have good partners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been 9 years i am going to this lab for mine and my family's tests. I have never faced any problem as mentioned by other users in the reviews.
I believe it is very easy to say or write bad reviews but before writing we never realized the facts. I have read all the reviews and i understand it is written because of worries during the time.
This lab has been helping people in such Pandemic situation but still no one has appreciated it. Have we realized the staff which is working there also has a family but still they are working and helping people during this situation while putting their life and family's life at stake. The whole lab staff is handling more than 100 tests per day and don't have time even to take care of their family while working but still we don't realize this and blabber out the words we feel.
It's my humble request to all you, please stop writing bad reviews about the lab and their staff as these people are helping us by putting their life on risk. Kindly think what they are going through before writing anything.
I would request you and google team to delete the negative bad reviews as the staff of all the labs and hospitals are basically god's saints who are helping us in this situation. Let's appreciate and respect them all.

They do not have complete staff and the reception staff is rude. They don’t know how to talk to customers respectfully. They are short staffed. They asked me to wait 1.5 hours, as the person who does ECG would come late, even-though appointment was booked 5 days in advance, they did not make proper arrangements.
Moreover the place looks unhygienic and there is water spillage on the floor.
Go to somewhere hygienic and to someone professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience, they collect the money first saying waiting time is 30 minutes even if it is actually 2 hours. They made my father, a cardiac patient, go through this experience. Even worse, they were getting some electrical work done, with drill noise, making the clinic more crowded during corona time.
