★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have some complications so wanted to get my TVS done on urgent basis on Sunday. Usually I only recommend to go to a reputed and best scanners in Phase 1. But unfortunately I was late and Phase 1 Scanner was available till 2 pm. Then I searched on internet and find this Batra lab. I called them and made an appointment. I reached there. I asked for TVS and they said yes they will do. I asked for price they told me 1400, I argued that market cost is 800 and maximum is 1000. I am pretty much aware about this scan as I have undergone a lot. The girl at reception said, mam it is internal, how sarcastic, she was thinking but a big deal, internal mam internal..OMG. I said I had it so many times amd max I paid 1000, even fortis have it for around 800. But I was helpless and after so much bargaining (how funny to have it at a diagnostic lab, but no option was there as they almost doubled the rate), they agreed to do it for 1200. The TVS was done by Male doctor, no complaint with that as this is not a big deal in medical field. And he did it in a good way. I just want to pass my message them: dear Batra's, ye purana time nahi hai ki apni manmarzi kro, ye social media ka zmana hai or right message pass krne me time nahi lgta customers ko. Or jo reception pe bithaye hain or TVS ko bahut bdi chiz bta rhe hain unko bhi thoda educate kro. Had hai mujhse argue krte ki aapka pehle ka scan external hai. Really??? Har patient techniques ka unknown nahi hota. Fix your rates per market rates.
