★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chor (Thieves), total thieves, had a water heater problem, he took the water heater and claimed he fixed it, asked for lot of money beyond the price of the geyser, then the moment he left the water heater again gave error. They stopped answers calls to acknowledge. Looks they did nothing and now shying away. They probably swapped with some duplicate part. Very unpolite and non trustfull people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a room heater. Stopped working in 2 days went back. The owner says its all good and she will replace in 2 days however it's now been almost 20 days problem not sorted at all. I have called the company and they say that until now they have not received any complaint from their shop.
She says she's an advocate and tried to intimidate. Pathetic customer service. Scamster women. Possibly selling fake and detective products. That might be the reason she didn't contact the company.
