★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad. Late delivery. Apart from dis never trust them when u order ur medicines from telephone. As these uneducated people had sent me wrong medicine nd instead of apologizing these people are not responding nd passing on ny call to each other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good medicine shop at Four Bungalows Mumbai. The owner is always trying out things to satisf the customers. Stock of the medicine is well maintained. Rarely you don't get what you want. The service is good. Home delivery facility is also available. Overall experience good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the time of pandemic they should have focused more on Medicine dispensing rather than groceries.
The queue is getting longer due to customer are busy deciding what to buy in groceries and the customer who need medicine have to wait for quite sometime.
Hope they resolve the same atleast during lockdown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't give discounts without the customer asking for it.... All medical shops give 10 % discount genuinely but this one... They only give when asked and dat too for name sake.... EG : I have taken a medicines for Rs. 380/- for which 10 % Shud be Rs. 38/- however the staff swipped the whole amount and after asking discount he gives me back Rs. 25/- in cash ? wah

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GO Dhai packets are not kept inside proper temperature controlled refrigerators hence they trun sour and bad much before their actual expiry date.
Despite pointing out this problem to MOHAN MEDICAL staff 2 times earlier it doesn't seem to register with them.
The inconvenience caused due to their negligence and unprofessional behaviour / attitude is lost up on them.
PATHETIC SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a doctor at seven bunglow. I had asked for 1 injection which was told to me will be delivered to my clonoc by 7pm which is at dn nagar.
After teminding them to send, i didnt receive it till 7.30. After which on calling them agin they said they will send by 8pm.
And then to add to the mess they sent a absolute new delivery boy who doesnt know andheri west roads. On telling the shop owner tha that man doesnt know roads they just neglected.
My patient had to wait for 2 hours for that 1 injection.
I was absolutely disheartened by their way for delivery and business. I felt more sorry that if they do the to doctors i wonder what they'll be doing to normal people.
Really pathetic. Not recommended to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place to call for medicines. People there don't even know names of medicines which are so simple. I wonder if the staff there is educated. Too many people who only waste time talking to each other and not cater to customers .You need to call them 04-05 times to have your order delivered .They are not ready to give the owners name and number if we need to complain. Roman Medical in the same vicinity is far better with the service. Mohan has lost its name n fame .
