★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am travelling since 3 months for every weekend from Pune to Kolhapur. Bus is good but needs to improve the timing. Not reaching at Kolhapur in time rather it can reach needs to manage time.
Major issue with Sai Palace destination for breakfast. This place is worst considering hygiene, service, costly, arrogant behavior. This travels needs to change this breakfast destination otherwise customer will change the bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2.15 night bus did not arrive till 4 in morning. Still they did not refund my 4900 which they had overcharged instead of 2000 booking. Big people small thinking. Need to improve on professionalism and ethics.
