★ ★ ★ ★ ★ luxe bunglows for the creamy layer people of our society...the pricing starts with a whooping 1.30cr for 2bhk..available flats are 2bhk 3 bhk 4 bhk 5bhk. with some high end amenities and all that you dreamt of.swiming pool,joggerd park,tennis court,basketball court etc are also present..rooms are larger than life..all amazing.one point deducted becahse its around 10km far from badlapur station.

The place gives you a hill station vibes. Also loved the concepts of bunglows in the era of buildings the best property so far of mohan group??

The alignment of the raw houses look amazing.
The lawn for marriages is huge, the indoor football ground; all are delightful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this property on Monday 14/2/22. One of their sales office person said he will share all the details on WhatsApp number after showing one 3BHK bungalow. Sales person was very rude and body language was full of attitude. If you are not interested in selling your property then put up a banner of *SOLD OUT* outside your property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never went in villas, but please do visit radhasoami ashram.Mohan waters edge is villa houses built by Mohan Group. People,outsiders are not allowed to enter inside... but through radhasoami ashram beas we are able to view the backside of the villas...
Good place, silent and barely haunted...
