★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to visit in town. Service and taste is not upto expectations. Non trained staff and if you have opted coupon service then don't try to use it. It's a scam. I will suggest if you have membership then cancel it?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was ok quantity is very less. Service is very very slow. They have untrained non skilled staff. but even after giving the order 10 hrs in advance They have worst service in town in terms of commitment. They change their rules as per their benefit. They don't care about customer base, but on short term benefits. You will feel cheated if you have bought their family membership. They will deny the service at the time of payment. They asked me to call their own executive who sold me this membership.
If you are planning to visit... Beware..... They donot keep their commitments. Also they create their own rules at the time of payment. Although they have mentioned in point no. 16 that not verbal agreements accepted. But they only announce those verbal agreements at the time of billing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I ever had in Vidisha or any city of India. Food taste is fine but their other services are worst. Unprofessional staffs and service is slow...and they have done false promises in order to do marketing of their coupon booklets. They mould their oral terms and conditions according to their benefit. And hygiene is must in waterparks and they don't have it...water is so unhygienic and please BEWARE of their false marketing and tactics. I have to give one star coz it's necessary to post my review...otherwise they don't even deserve this.

Unprofessional and rude staff !
We dint risk eating food there seeing the condition of the water park !

Taking more money than MRP (water bottle MRP 20, selling price 25)
Waste of money (entry fee -350)
Ok for children.
Would not suggest any adult to go.
