★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of cake was good. But the behavior of owner was irritating . They are charging for both delivery and knife , wherein on the knife itself it is written that its free of cost and not to be charged. The prices of cake sold are costlier than what it is shown on the website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experiences of buying a customised cake. I order a 2 pound kitkat cake for nephew birthday and the lady owner didn't get meaning of kitkat cake. Chocolates were put on the boundaries (without any icing) on the rectangular cake whereas I have asked for a square one. The decoration of the cake was dull and clumsy, definitely did not look like a birthday cake.I will not recommend to anyone for their customised cake from dhokali monginis cake shop.

Do not buy anything from this shop. Stop cheating customers. Their is no option for 0 star rating that’s why giving 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband bought a cake for me on my birthday yesterday, but cake was not fresh it was too hard, I was not able to cut from the knife provided by shop so i had to use sharp knife from my kitchen set. Very bad quality bi will never buy cake from monginis again. No option for 0 star 1 is too much for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better to go for Ribbons and Balloons or else Cake factory which are just 2-3 minutes away from this shop. Worst experience, cake was not at all fresh and rude lady owner at the counter is very annoying. When you enter in this shop, near the glassdoor, firstly you will be asked if you have brought enough change with you if you are going to make cash payment and then second question is have you brought a bag with you, if yes then only they allow to enter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady owner is just too arrogant. I ordered rainbow cake from Zomato. But the cake was totally different. I paid for candles as well, but didn't got it. When I contacted the owner regarding candles, she denied. Trust me, cake was just fine, however full of cream only, and not the cake I wanted. I had to order it from other shop.

1. Rainbow cake from monginis (In which papa is written- don't get confused). DOES IT EVEN LOOK LIKE A RAINBOW CAKE ? ?
2. Rainbow cake from hangout cake- far far better than monginis.
MONGINIS cake shop will just make you fool! Kindly don't waste your money.
