★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rely on them if you have pre-ordered cakes. We had booked a photo cake for our kid's birthday 2 days in advance. On the day of delivery, when I went to pick up the cake, I was told they did not place an order itself. Moreover the attitude was so casual that showed they just didn't care about their fault. They just blamed it on some employee of theirs and said they can't do anything else but give me a replacement cake.
Thanks to Ribbons and balloons for destroying the excitement of my child.
Will never buy from your store again.

Definitely recommending it to everyone I meet!

Definitely visiting this store again.
