Good restaurants are also in the nearby locations. It is well connected to ghodbunder road

and for the not three stars ... where to start.
the people here seem good. but the construction of the building is so frustrating that it overwhelms every other aspect, like the view.

Also maintenance by the Managing Committee all over the building common areas, lobby, etc is not that great.
But Flats are having good layout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good building with all modern amenities. Scenic view from all the balconies. Each flat has nice big balcony for hall and decent flower beds for all the bedrooms. You can enjoy ample of sunlight and wind in each room. Pleasant! There are many shops just outside the main gate of complex. You don't have to go anywhere for your basic needs. All other small issues which were there, but they are resolved by now. One of the best places in thane to stay!
