★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the oldest building in Siddheshwar Garden. Construction is good considering the age of building. There are very less signboards which can direct you to right place. Piped gas line is available in the society. Individual flats 1 or 2 BHK are only available here. Design looks old. There is only one stair for entry and exit. Elevator is old style, but in working condition.
