β β β β β There are no varieties for cakes available here. They offer the same cakes which they have been offering since last 4-5 years. No new innovations or new flavors or designs for cakes. Staff is not friendly. texture of the cake is also not proper as cooling is also not proper. I have almost stopped buying cakes from here.

β β β β β Very good service..during lockdown they delivered fresh cake to my place... I usually order Dutch chocolate and Black Forest cake...taste is amazing...I gifted cake to my friend they also liked it...sales person behaviour also very good...

β β β β β Poorest of all,,no fresh cakes,(purchased black forest cake on 12th October Eve -Stale cake..limited designs n no eagerness for customer service. The girl on the counter, doesn't know how to write on cakes. Bad experience with Monginis. spoilt brand. The bakery stinks .

β β β β β I am a permanent customer of Monginis since my childhood. I have always loved mostly all the chocolate flavours of Monginis cakes especially dutch chocolate and zebra torte. Although not a fan of their truffle cakes. Also, the other items all are fresh and taste good like the chocolate balls, puffs, pizza etc. Monginis cakes always my first choice since 1996.
