★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this project in the 3rd week of March 2018 . We were looking for 2 BHK flats. The project is one of the best we have seen . The flats shown to us were spacious and well planned. The society seems to be well maintained. Location is almost perfect too. Very close to main road, yet not that close . The asking price is a little too high. Otherwise, I would have taken it then and there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The society is a decent society with a central garden and clubhouse. The flats are spacious and have a good view, as it is near the edge of the city with hills and small farms nearby. There are medical stores and general stores nearby, but the main road outside is not well maintained and is battered with potholes. The locality is neither commercial nor a hotspot for any restaurants or cafes, but is a good silent locality for residential spaces.
