Developer handed over to management committee and now we are getting chawl system water, 2hrs in morning, 2 hrs in evening. Since pmc pipeline is not Available. What’s the point in investing so much money? As your developer

Builder tell us about false thing....hill which is behind the society is of NDA's hill but some new society is coming there...front side of society also they said nothing is going to come here...we are going to donate this land to government activities but front side also other builder has started construction....No PMC water....dependency on tanker water.....within 1 km of society on Bhugao side Kachra Depo is coming...What action builder is taking on this?....This will spread the health issues....Poor construction work by builder, false promises from builder while purchasing flat.

But…
Drinking and domestic water issues worst than a village.
Electricity issues worst than village.
Ask yourself, do you buy a good home to live a stress free life or a stressful one?

Approach road is not good but I think work is going on.
A little far away but you are not going to get such a big premium society in middle of city.
