★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience during exchange of product.I went there for exchange of a product purchased from them ,first they took it from me when I reached there ,they checked it for 5 minutes and then told me it is ok and to choose the new one from their stocks after that I started selecting another product in between after 4 - to 5 minutes they called and told me that your exchangeable product is defective and showed me a 1-2 cm woolen part seen from outside and told me that my product would not be exchanged.I think they have changed the product I submitted them for exchange with their defective product when I was selecting new one from their stocks.When I demanded they show me the footage of cctv camera they refused to show me the footage .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During offer periods prices are affordable,ladies staff/saleswoman is not cooperative,very stubborn.She won't allow you to try out at the change/dressing room for size or colour.Only when you select the item for purchase then you will be allowed.It is a great drawback .One can try at Brand factory or Big bazar any number of times.Male staff& salesperson is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is fortunate that shop owner was not ready to receive customer at 11.40 AM and it was told to us to arrive after one hr. Carry out purchase from another shop having a good stock of Monte Carlo brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite store of Monte Carlo clothes. Though the collection is not huge, but a very good selection is available for both men and women. Wollen and cotton clothings are both available. Once a year a sale is also given, where one can be really lucky to get something really cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a horrible experience visiting this store .Had never got such staff service in any store and coming so from such a branded show-room was a matter of disgust !! Though the items are kept in display selves , hangers , arranged according to sizes , they do not allow to touch it without their permission and even said it rudely that it would make it "dirty" !! And the staffs would keep other customers waiting unless they settle with one. This particular store is something which I would avoid for life-time and suggest the same to others too , as their are numerous showrooms keeping Monte Carlo collections in the New Market area.

He flatly refused to show us the product and advised us to look at the products lying at Almirahs. I think this is a company owned store and no owner sits here. Shall never visit here.
