I attended the interview at moolya office with my friends through campus. The office is nice. But best part is meeting Prashanth sir recruitment head. Four stars only for him. He was very friendly, supportive & helped us to overcome nervousness. Explained where did we go wrong& how to improve. Some of us did not reach the final round but the learning was really very good .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had attended interview on 25th Jan. On the same day I completed 2 rounds technical and 1 round HR took by Chandini (HR) . HR shushmitha told me to wait for an hour and after 2 hours she told that she will call me on Monday that is on 27th Jan. But I didn't get any mail or call till 28th Jan. Then I mailed to ask about the status of my interview. I didn't get any response till now. My question is when u don't respect the time of an engineer who spends one full day to give interview and goes back without feedback.
HR should have some professionalism to give feedback when an engineer spends time in giving interview in moolya software. Hope you will improve in future.

1st - Basics
2nd Round - Framework related and Java related questions
3rd Round - Assessing your approach towards testing
4th Round - manager round
5th Round - HR round where she tries to figure out what type of a person you are and salary discussion
I have received the offer letter from Moolya after two days and accepted it the very next day. Looking forward to join the team soon in Jan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended an interview for marketing with this company. The first round was an online assessment which I pulled an all nighter to complete. Then, after a week they called for the 2nd round of interview. The marketing head took my interview for 2 hours along with another written assignment. After this, HR gave a weird Thank you note for the interview. They said surely they will call back for a final round or email if rejected. They didn't have the courtesy to respond. I am also sure, that they have taken free marketing consultation from me during the interview. This is extremely unprofessional. Thanks for wasting my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They dont hire you , they just find the way to reject you even after u complete all the interview rounds, they will tell there is one last round and reject you, the main aim is to test their software application free of cost in the given technical round, dont waste your time guys. try fr a good company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for Interview. The person who took the interview was really a very good person and technically very strong. Unfortunately I did not get selected. But when I asked the reason the HR said that actually my profile could not meet company requirement. But My question is if my profile was not meeting the requirements then why did they call me for interview. My advise to company management that they should specify the reason directly so that we can improve if they say our demerits or area of improvement after interview. Besides these it is really a nice company. I will keep trying to get opportunity to work with Moolya.Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading much reviews I can say am not the first one to give bad review of their Interview Process. Unlike others, I have just completed my 1st round and don't care about the response. The Interviewer has 0 etiquette about how to conduct asking literally anything, showing faces, drinking coffee, constant irritating look and what not. NEVER SAW A LADY or GEN interviewer behaving this unprofessionally.Even I didn't bother to say Thank you at the end.
Before Interview I had good image about Moolya and just in 30 mins time , It's completed changed.On top, he asked sarcastically who referred you at the end and why don't you Google what it takes to get into Moolya.

No senior junior relationship everyone is treated as one even the CEO ? and company really cares for its employees. I really wish the company reaches its bigger goals.
