★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY) is an autonomous Institution fully funded by Ministry of Ayush, Govt. of India. MDNIY is a focal Institute for Planning, Training, Promotion and Coordination of Yoga Education, Training, Therapy and Research in all its aspects.
The institute aims to promote deeper understanding of Yoga philosophy and practices based on classical Yoga amongst people. The main Vision and Mission of the Institute is ''Health, Harmony and Happiness for all through Yoga''. Yoga has been included as Intangible Cultural Heritage of India by UNESCO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did foundation course so went to collect the certificate. It is just opposite to Bangla Sahib Gurudwara. Got down at patel chawk station and walked here. Its about 900 meters from patel chawk station.
There were ayurvedic doctors available as well. I consulted an ayurvedic doctor for only 50 rs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome Institute for Yoga. I have done foundation and Protocol Instructor from this Institute.
My teacher was Upma mam. Her way of teaching is awesome, she is somewhere strict and polite too. Her way of solving queries is really good. Very soft voice which you kept calm after entering the class.
Institute arrange YCB exam for their students so students don't have to do any efforts for YCB exam. Only you have to do study and practices properly according to teachers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's and Yoga institute under Ministry of Ayush, it's and government Institute.
You can do Various yoga one month , 6 month 1 year or 3 year courses from there.
The basic course that you can avail from here is The "FOUNDATION COURSE IN YOGA SCIENCE DOR WELLNESS { FCYScW} ". It's an 1-3 month course depending on the time you want to complete it in. After this course there are various other Educational programmes, Training courses, health promotion and Therapy programmes offered here.
You can see the picture below in my post and have the detail of all the courses.
The courses are offered here at the Institute and at various Gov stadiums as well.
Mostly the batch timings are of morning in the stadium classes .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful sprawled out campus and here the teachers are excellent and trained in Yoga. They give excellent discourse to the members who come to learn. You can join morning or evening classes or enrol in advanced courses. Pre covid they were also offering courses in meditation and other grade A foundational courses. Now you need to check the availability of the same.
