They dont know any technical stuff and not ready to accept that the product is defective when all evidence is in front of their eyes. They speak fantasy and all illogical things. Such a wastage of all resources on this service centre. Horrible... I have to again mail and speak to customer care inspite of a service centre when the policy mentions to replace a defective product... Hopeless and fraud intex company with bunch of useless people...
