Have never entered this beauty little Mosque but looked in better shape than when I had last been here as a child. I’m sure it’s as well maintained inside as it is from the outside.

This was the private mosque for the emperor Aurangazeb, that was supposedly easily accessible from his private quarters. The domes are the characteristic features and they ware said to be coated with copper previously. During my visit this place was not open to visitors.

This is the Masjid for the private prayers for Emperor Aurangzeb. It was situated just next to his Bedroom so that could access it whenever he wanted. People visiting Red fort will find it inside the complex of Diwaa-i-khash. Place for history-buff!

Good place to visit. Great atmosphere. Built in white marbles, this was built for emperor Auranzeb. The structure is part of Red fort Complex.

Moti Masjid or Pearl Mosque is next to the Hammam in the Red Fort complex. This 3 domed small mosque was built by Aurangazeb in 1659-60 for his private prayers The domes were originally covered with gilded copper but were badly damaged during 1857 rebellion
