if he wants to do a diving license, some dishonest brokers need to be treated and spend a lot of money.
This RTO's office Staff member here is very terrible. They do not help People. Those who want to license themselves manually have to face a lot of obstacles.
Very Very bad RTO.

But if u can going for driving licence
and want time management then u reached 1p.m 1.30 pm..your work is to be done..
all work are going fast after 3 p.m
