★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a customer of motor craft since 2012 and possess Maruti Swift VDi. I am continuously renewing my insurance from the same service center at Sahibabad. I never gave my vehicle for service from last nine years to any other local or Maruti service centre and not claim any insurance so far. Today 16th October 2021 I went to Motor craft for claiming insurance for my vehicle because right hand side gate was damaged. I was shocked to see the behaviour of the insurance person specially. He acted like he don't want to facilitate for insurance claim and was not ready to give estimate of the vehicle. He told me that if I pay Rs. 1000/- in advance first only he will be able to tell us the insurance amount. I said I am ready to pay but at least tell me how much amout I have to pay after the claim process. Manager came forward and tell us he will deliever vehicle in 12-15 days if I opt for claim. It seems that they are least bothered to serve the customer when they are in their true need. I never thought that the company like motor craft will deal like this to their old customers. I recommend it's a wastage of money and time to go for motor craft Sahibabad. I will be discontinuing my association with them with immediate effect.
