★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want have the worst trek experience of your life, I recommend Mountain Marks. Our trek to Andharban Jungle begins with a two hour delay, precededed by rude behavior on the busses by the organizers. This is the just the beginning, we end the trek and our trek leader,Rajesh is lost. No sign no information whatsoever, we walk for about six km, including multiple calls and queries to organizers of where our bus is how to reach there etc. No response.We got through ketan who blamed Forest permits. Which was not at all credible.We met another organizer who clamied no such thing. Only after the heroic efforts of another trekker hunting for bus for another 2-3 km do we know where our bus is and that it is actually coming for us. After this also, no apologies no sympathy no shame whatsoever from the organizers, Jatin in particular. The misery doesn't end here. This experience was suffered only by 25 of us ,the rest were still stranded all over the place. Finally vans were organized to get them to two original two buses. It gets better, we are given hope there will be one bus stopping at Dadar however as usual the management is a total disaster the only reponse jatin seems to have is give me two minutes to solve it. Over an hour after the prospect the plans fails as badly as the rest of the trip. An utter disappointment to possibly the worst the day. End result - We were supposed to be back in Mumbai by 8pm. By 9:30 we hadn't even left our end point of trek. Keep in mind this was a Sunday. A lot of people missed work and college the next day thanks to mountain marks. The trek in itself was fun, but scarred by the horrible leadership of skills of mountain marks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely destroyed my trekking experience at Andharban on 8th July,2019 by their unprofessional organisation. We were made to walk around 6km after a 13km trek in the rains to FIND the bus, which we didn't. Then wait for it to find us for another 1.5 hours. We were supposed to be back home by 8pm but we left from there at 9:30pm. Problems due to excessive rainfall are acceptable, some mismanagement is acceptable as well. But such unpreparedness and delay that diminishes the happiness and purpose of the trek along with a working day is not acceptable at all. It is disappointing when I've been so loyal and spoken so high of them to all my friends and have brought them so many new customers.
So to mountain marks my advice would be to be prepared and informed about all the possibilities that could cause discomfort to the customers and have a predefined course of action for the same.
