★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service by office sttaff.Those who have only one cylinder may need to wait for more than five six days for new cylinder and if we done online payment they will make it delay for two more days . Those who are taking new connection please go with some other agency

And if I ask something they will give reason like not working internet and all come tomorrow like this and staffs women are there they are just time passing in Offc I observed take action and give proper cstmr service that's all thank u

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Had taken a new connect, they bribe a lot and when questioned about the same did not connect and just placed the cylinder and went away. But still took the installation charges. Service person named kumareshan did not even bother to connect even after many days of delay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very bad. Better to book or surrender the gas from athor agency. I surrender my cylinder got the refund after after 3 weeks after multiple call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst suppliers. Avoid them at any cost. They will take your money by sending multiple invoices, won't bother sending cylinder for weeks, won't pick your calls and won't refund your money. This has happened multiple times already.
Book with them at your own risk!

Applied for new connection on 22 Jan 2022, took 19 days to release waitlist (11 Feb 2022), that is after multiple follow up and complaint to Indian Oil. I did payment on 11th Feb, Today is 17th Feb 2022, they didn't turned for delivery and installation of the cylinder even after multiple calls, still they saying, they are checking and then gave distributor no, today it will be done hearing from last three days... This is online service of digital India... Almost 1 Month time for 1 New LPG connection.
Highly Not Recommended.
